Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they aren't creased or damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects your return at our Buffalo, NY headquarters, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
